That’s why we offer our personalised 1:1 telephone/online guidance sessions.
*We also operate an independent financial assessment service, whereby we explain how a local authority will treat your income and capital (e.g. property, savings and investments) when determining how care fees will be paid.
*We are independent, and provide unbiased guidance as we are not tied to any product or service providers.
*Our fees are inclusive of V.A.T so there are no hidden costs.

Sometimes, it can seem impossible where to start when care is needed, and that’s why MCC offers an Online/Telephone Consultation service. You’ll have the opportunity to ask burning questions, air your concerns and receive personalised guidance from one of our care advisers on important things you need to know, from what you’re entitled to from the NHS and your Local Authority, to how to source a suitable care provider, the ways to pay for care, and more. Our Consultations are preceded by a fact-find so we can ensure we provide you with accurate guidance, and we send you a consultation supporting brief shortly after your consultation which outlines the topics discussed in your consultation, and a set of suggested actions to take.
